THE CHRISTMASTOWN FESTIVAL IS BACK FOR 2021!!

The Bethlehem Christmastown Festival is a two-day event that is held annually on the Town Green and on several blocks of Main Street, which is closed to traffic. This year, there will be a modified festival, featuring the Tree Lighting on Friday night hosted by WFSB’s Irene O’Conner and outdoor activities on Saturday, including the annual Santa Made Me Do It 5K Road Race.

The Santa Made Me Do It! 5K Road Race is an official part of the festival. Runners and walkers are encouraged to stay after the race and enjoy the festival.

Bethlehem Post Office Christmas Card Cachets

Bethlehem Post Office is located round the corner from the Town Green at 34 East Street. Every year since 1938, local artists have created special Christmas cachets that people can stamp their Christmas card envelopes with before mailing them with a Bethlehem postmark. All 78 cachets are available. More information.

Bellamy-Ferriday House

Built in 1754, the Bellamy-Ferriday House is situated at 9 Main St North, across the street from the festival.  It will be beautifully decorated for the holidays and open for tours. A $3 donation is suggested.

Regina Laudis Abbey

After the race, drive to the Regina Laudis Abbey located at 249 Flanders Road in Bethlehem. Open to the public, they will have several crèches on display including an 18th-century Neapolitan creation. More information.
